目的:观察通窍明目IV号联合针刺及神经营养剂综合治疗对慢性高眼压兔视网膜一氧化氮( NO)和谷氨酸( Glu)的干预作用,探讨其作用机理。方法:60只大耳白兔,随机将20只设为正常对照组,剩余40只造模后随机分为模型组和治疗组,每组20只,治疗组予针药结合治疗,模型组不予治疗,1月后检测视网膜组织中NO和Glu的含量。结果:实验结束时各组动物比较出现显著差异性,NO、Glu在视网膜中含量治疗组和模型组明显高于正常对照组,同时治疗组明显低于模型组( P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针药并用能有效减少兔慢性高眼压后NO、Glu在视网膜中的含量,阻止视网膜神经节细胞( RGCs)凋亡,发挥视神经保护作用。

목적:관찰통규명목IV호연합침자급신경영양제종합치료대만성고안압토시망막일양화담( NO)화곡안산( Glu)적간예작용,탐토기작용궤리。방법:60지대이백토,수궤장20지설위정상대조조,잉여40지조모후수궤분위모형조화치료조,매조20지,치료조여침약결합치료,모형조불여치료,1월후검측시망막조직중NO화Glu적함량。결과:실험결속시각조동물비교출현현저차이성,NO、Glu재시망막중함량치료조화모형조명현고우정상대조조,동시치료조명현저우모형조( P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론:침약병용능유효감소토만성고안압후NO、Glu재시망막중적함량,조지시망막신경절세포( RGCs)조망,발휘시신경보호작용。
Objective:To observe the effect of Tongqiao Mingmu IV combined with acupuncture and neurotro-phic agent on nitric oxide( NO) and glutamate( Glu) of retina in rabbits with chronic ocular hypertension.Meth-ods:There were 60 big ear white rabbits and randomly select 20 rabbits as a normal control group; other 40 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into a model group and a treatment group after inducing chronic high in-traocular pressure,with each group including 20 rabbits.The treatment group was treated by acupuncture com-bined with medicine,and the model group was without treatment.After a month of therapy, detect the contents of NO and Glu in the retinal tissues.Results:After finishing the experiment the comparison among different groups had a significant difference.NO and Glu contents in the retina in the treatment group and in the model group were significantly higher than those in the normal control group,and in the treatment group the retinal contents of NO and Glu were lower than those in the model group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion:Tongqiao Mingmu IV combined with acupuncture and neurotrophic agent can effectively reduce the retinal con-tents of NO and Glu of chronic high intraocular pressured rabbits, preventing retinal ganglion cells( RGCs) ap-optosis,and the therapy plays a role in optic nerve protection.
