目的:观察透刺加热敏灸治疗急性期风寒性面瘫的临床疗效。方法:将2013年1月至2014年7月在我院门诊被诊断为风寒性面瘫且符合入组标准的患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组40例。对照组采用单纯透刺法治疗,实验组采用透刺加热敏灸治疗,分别治疗4个疗程,治疗结束后对比分析两种治疗方案的疗效。结果:实验组的疗效显著高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论:透刺加热敏灸治疗能显著提高单纯透刺法治疗风寒性面瘫的治疗效果,有望成为治疗风寒性面瘫的理想治疗方案。

목적:관찰투자가열민구치료급성기풍한성면탄적림상료효。방법:장2013년1월지2014년7월재아원문진피진단위풍한성면탄차부합입조표준적환자수궤분위실험조화대조조,매조40례。대조조채용단순투자법치료,실험조채용투자가열민구치료,분별치료4개료정,치료결속후대비분석량충치료방안적료효。결과:실험조적료효현저고우대조조( P<0.05)。결론:투자가열민구치료능현저제고단순투자법치료풍한성면탄적치료효과,유망성위치료풍한성면탄적이상치료방안。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy on peripheral facial paralysis with wind-cold type by penetration acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion.Methods:80 patients of peripheral facial paralysis with wind-cold type who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group from January 2013 to July 2014 with 40 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with penetration acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion therapy , and the control group was treated with only penetration acupuncture therapy.Each group was treated continuously for 4 courses.To the end, the clini-cal efficacy of two groups was analyzed.Results:The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy on peripheral facial paralysis with wind-cold type by penetration acupuncture can be significantly elevated by thermal moxibustion therapy. Penetration acupuncture combined with thermal moxibustion is expected to become an ideal therapy for peripher-al facial paralysis with wind-cold type.
