以党参为研究对象,提取率为考察指标,设计单因素试验和正交试验,研究了乙醇浓度、提取时间和料液比对党参超声提取法效率的影响,并对提取物的挥发性成分进行 GC-MS 分析.结果表明,党参提取工艺优化条件为:乙醇浓度(v/ v)50%,萃取时间40 min,料液比(w / v)1:10,提取率达到52.88%.从党参超声提取物中共鉴定出39种挥发性成分,其中含量较高的成分是糠醛、乙酸十八醇酯、5-甲基-2-呋喃甲醛、二十八烷等,这与用水蒸气蒸馏法或同时蒸馏萃取法提取所得的组分均存在差别.
以黨參為研究對象,提取率為攷察指標,設計單因素試驗和正交試驗,研究瞭乙醇濃度、提取時間和料液比對黨參超聲提取法效率的影響,併對提取物的揮髮性成分進行 GC-MS 分析.結果錶明,黨參提取工藝優化條件為:乙醇濃度(v/ v)50%,萃取時間40 min,料液比(w / v)1:10,提取率達到52.88%.從黨參超聲提取物中共鑒定齣39種揮髮性成分,其中含量較高的成分是糠醛、乙痠十八醇酯、5-甲基-2-呋喃甲醛、二十八烷等,這與用水蒸氣蒸餾法或同時蒸餾萃取法提取所得的組分均存在差彆.

Radix CodonoPsis was used as raw materials,the extraction yield as the index,to investigate effects of the ethanol concentration,extraction time,and the ratio of solid and liquid on the ultrasonic extraction by single factor experiment and orthogonal lexperiment. And the volatile components of the ex-tract were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that the extraction yield reached 52. 88% on the optimi-zation condition:ethanol concentration(v/ v)50% ,extraction time 40 min and the ratio of solid and liquid (w / v)1: 10,39 kinds of volatile components were identified from it,higher constituents were furfural, stearyl alcohol acetate,5-methyl-2-furaldehyde,octacosane,etc. ,which were different from the constituents of the extract by steam distillation and by simultaneous distillation extraction.
