目的：分析隐源性机化性肺炎的临床特征。方法对我院在2012年3月～2014年9月所收治的32机化性肺炎患者的临床资料和相关病理学资料进行回顾性分析，研究隐源性机化性肺炎的临床特征。结果经分析得出32例机化性肺炎患者有8例因为药物致病，3例患者合并结缔组织病症，其余21例患者均为隐源性机化性肺炎患者，所有患者都为经皮肺穿刺活检所确诊。隐源性机化性肺炎患者的临床基本表现为胸闷气短、咳嗽发热，肺部有湿罗音。有18例患者具有弥散性通气屏障，11例患者具有限制性通气屏障，还有3例患者具有混合型通气屏障。患者的C反应蛋白为（43.6±13.2）mg/L，血白细胞为（7.8±3.4）×109/L。为所有患者经糖皮质激素治疗，病情出现明显好转。结论从临床表现上来看，隐源性机化性肺炎具有一定的特异性，确诊该疾病需要借助病理学的检查，治疗该疾病采用糖皮质激素可以促使病情得到有效的缓解。
목적：분석은원성궤화성폐염적림상특정。방법대아원재2012년3월～2014년9월소수치적32궤화성폐염환자적림상자료화상관병이학자료진행회고성분석，연구은원성궤화성폐염적림상특정。결과경분석득출32례궤화성폐염환자유8례인위약물치병，3례환자합병결체조직병증，기여21례환자균위은원성궤화성폐염환자，소유환자도위경피폐천자활검소학진。은원성궤화성폐염환자적림상기본표현위흉민기단、해수발열，폐부유습라음。유18례환자구유미산성통기병장，11례환자구유한제성통기병장，환유3례환자구유혼합형통기병장。환자적C반응단백위（43.6±13.2）mg/L，혈백세포위（7.8±3.4）×109/L。위소유환자경당피질격소치료，병정출현명현호전。결론종림상표현상래간，은원성궤화성폐염구유일정적특이성，학진해질병수요차조병이학적검사，치료해질병채용당피질격소가이촉사병정득도유효적완해。
Objective To analyze the clinical features of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia.Methods 32 in hospital organizing pneumonia in patients with clinical data and related pathology were retrospectively analyzed,the clinical features of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia. ResultsObtained by the analysis of 32 cases of cryptogenic organizing pneumonia in 8 patients because of drug disease,3 patients with connective tissue disorders,the other 21 patients were cryptogenic organizing pneumonia patients,al patients for percutaneous lung biopsy in the diagnosis.Conclusion From the clinical manifestations,cryptogenic organizing pneumonia is specific,the diagnosis of this disease needs the help of pathological examination,treatment of the disease with glucocorticoid can lead to disease effectively relieve.
