目的：研究冥想治疗对抑郁症患者的影响，并研究其在临床上的应用价值。方法选取我科自2012年12月～2014年7月收治的50例抑郁症患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者25例，对照组患者接受常规治疗法，实验组患者则在常规治疗法上添加冥想治疗，对比两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果实验组患者的临床疗效显著优于对照组，组间数据差异明显，具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论冥想对于治疗抑郁症具有显著的治疗效果。

목적：연구명상치료대억욱증환자적영향，병연구기재림상상적응용개치。방법선취아과자2012년12월～2014년7월수치적50례억욱증환자작위연구대상，수궤분위대조조화실험조，매조환자25례，대조조환자접수상규치요법，실험조환자칙재상규치요법상첨가명상치료，대비량조환자치료후적림상효과。결과실험조환자적림상료효현저우우대조조，조간수거차이명현，구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론명상대우치료억욱증구유현저적치료효과。
Objective To study the treatment effects of meditation in patients with depression.MethodsWe selected 50 cases of depression patients in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 July were as the research object,randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,25 cases of patients in each group,the control group received routine therapy,patients in the experimental group were added in the conventional treatment method plus meditation therapy,the clinical effects were compared between two groups after treatment.Results The clinical curative effect of experimental group is significantly better than the control group,the data of patients,significant between groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).ConclusionMeditation has significant therapeutic effect for the treatment of depression, and is worthy of popularization in clinical.
