目的：研究和比较采用中医辨证治疗上消化道出血的效果与不采用此方法治疗的疗效比较，以为临床研究提供支持和参考。方法收集本院2012～2013年126例上消化道出血的患者进行集中比较研究，将患者分为中西两组。其中男性72例，女性54例，年龄在25～76岁之间，平均年龄（59.3±2.7）岁，患者病程为3～5年。结果采用中医治疗法的患者，显效32例，有效19例，无效12例，总有效率85%。采用西医治疗法的63名患者中，显效的有27例，有效的13例，无效23例，总有效率66.7%。结论在临床分析中，采用中医辨证治疗上消化道出血的治疗结果明显优于西医治疗方式。
목적：연구화비교채용중의변증치료상소화도출혈적효과여불채용차방법치료적료효비교，이위림상연구제공지지화삼고。방법수집본원2012～2013년126례상소화도출혈적환자진행집중비교연구，장환자분위중서량조。기중남성72례，녀성54례，년령재25～76세지간，평균년령（59.3±2.7）세，환자병정위3～5년。결과채용중의치요법적환자，현효32례，유효19례，무효12례，총유효솔85%。채용서의치요법적63명환자중，현효적유27례，유효적13례，무효23례，총유효솔66.7%。결론재림상분석중，채용중의변증치료상소화도출혈적치료결과명현우우서의치료방식。
Objective To study and compare the treated by TCM of upper digestive tract hemorrhage and effect of efficacy is not using this method comparison of treatment,to provide support and reference of clinical research.MethodsWe colected from 2012 to 2013,126 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were focused on the comparative study of chinese and western,the patients were divided into two groups. There were 72 males,54 females,aged between 25 to 76 years old,the average age of(59.3±2.7)years of age,disease duration was 3~5 years.Results The traditional chinese medicine therapy of patients with 32 cases,markedly effective,effective 19 cases,invalid 12cases,the total efficiency of 85%. 63 patients with western medicinetherapy in 27 cases,markedly effective,13 cases effective,23 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 66.7%.Conclusion In clinical analysis,using the digestive tract hemorrhage treatment result is obviously better than western medicine treatment of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.
