轴承零件对磨削技术和加工工艺要求很高,且生产效率低、成本高。为了得到满足条件的轴承零件,建立轴承零件无心磨削的数学模型,并应用MATLAB软件中的fmincon函数和遗传算法分别对工艺参数(工件线速度、磨轮线速度、径向进给量)进行求解优化,通过两种算法的结果对比选择一组更优的工艺参数进行生产验证,结果证明该组参数能使生产率大幅增加、生产成本显著下降。
軸承零件對磨削技術和加工工藝要求很高,且生產效率低、成本高。為瞭得到滿足條件的軸承零件,建立軸承零件無心磨削的數學模型,併應用MATLAB軟件中的fmincon函數和遺傳算法分彆對工藝參數(工件線速度、磨輪線速度、徑嚮進給量)進行求解優化,通過兩種算法的結果對比選擇一組更優的工藝參數進行生產驗證,結果證明該組參數能使生產率大幅增加、生產成本顯著下降。

Bearing parts in the production process of grinding technology and processing requirements are high ,and low production efficiency,high cost.In order to obtain the bearing parts to meet the conditions ,to establish the mathematical model of bearing parts of centerless grinding ,so the application of fmincon function in the MATLAB and genetic algorithm are used to process pa-rameters (the workpiece speed,grinding wheel line speed,the radial feed) to solve the optimization,by comparing the two kinds of algorithm results to select a set of better technology parameters ,the parameters of the productivity increase ,greatly reduced pro-duction cost .
