采用AutoCAD的ObjectARX开发技术,实现了冲压模具标准件的参数化驱动,该方法克服了以往模具图样由于参数变化导致重新绘制的缺点。该系统采用面向对象的编程语言和设计思想,结合Microsoft Foundation Classes ( MFC)构建符合工程习惯的人机界面,建立了冲模标准模架、冲模模架标准零件、冲模凸/凹模及冲模导正销等的Access数据库,并通过MFC和ActiveX Data Object(ADO)实现Access数据库和ObjectARX之间的数据访问。结果表明,采用Object-ARX开发技术可减少产品设计人员的重复性工作,提高了开发效率。

By adopting the development technologies of ObjectARX ,pressing die standard parts are realized by parameter drive . This method can solve difficult problem of the redrawing of mould drawings while the parameters of mould drawings change .By a-dopting the idea of object-oriented,using MFC,this system has a good human-machine interface in accord with the manner of en-gineering and contains the Access database of standard mould base ,standard parts of mould base,punch and die,pilots,etc.In this system,MFC and ADO can enable the communication between Access and ObjectARX .Results show that,the use of Object-ARX can decrease the repetitive work of mechanic designers and increase the working efficiency .
