采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法,优化了烟梗预处理的工艺参数,分析了烟梗含水率标准偏差稳定性的影响趋势.结果表明:当洗梗时间60 s,洗梗水温60℃,蒸梗温度80℃,贮梗时间3 h 时,烟梗回透率提高到99.3%.

Process parameters of tobacco stem pretreatment were optimized by using the methods of single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment,the influence trend of the stability of the standard deviation of the water content of tabacco stem was analyzed. The results showed that when the washing time was 60 s, washing water temperature was 60 ℃,storage time was 3 h and steamed terrier outlet temperature was 80 ℃ ,the tobacco stem return penetration rate was 99. 3% .
