研究了深冷处理前后康复器械用6082铝合金TIG焊接接头的显微硬度、拉伸性能以及拉伸断口形貌。结果表明,6082铝合金焊接接头经540℃×50 min固溶水冷和-196℃×20 h深冷处理后,强度和塑性都得到明显改善,强度提高了61.3%,断后伸长率提高到未经深冷处理接头的4.5倍,焊接接头的硬度得到提高,显微气孔和疏松等缺陷基本消除。
研究瞭深冷處理前後康複器械用6082鋁閤金TIG銲接接頭的顯微硬度、拉伸性能以及拉伸斷口形貌。結果錶明,6082鋁閤金銲接接頭經540℃×50 min固溶水冷和-196℃×20 h深冷處理後,彊度和塑性都得到明顯改善,彊度提高瞭61.3%,斷後伸長率提高到未經深冷處理接頭的4.5倍,銲接接頭的硬度得到提高,顯微氣孔和疏鬆等缺陷基本消除。
연구료심랭처리전후강복기계용6082려합금TIG한접접두적현미경도、랍신성능이급랍신단구형모。결과표명,6082려합금한접접두경540℃×50 min고용수랭화-196℃×20 h심랭처리후,강도화소성도득도명현개선,강도제고료61.3%,단후신장솔제고도미경심랭처리접두적4.5배,한접접두적경도득도제고,현미기공화소송등결함기본소제。
Microhardness, tensile properties and tensile fracture morphology of 6082 aluminum alloy TIG welded joints used for rehabilitative equipment were investigated before and after cryogenic treatment. The results show that after solid solution treated at 540 ℃ for 50 min and water quenched and then cryogenic treated at -196 ℃ for 20 h, the tensile strength and plasticity of the aluminum alloy welded joint are improved significantly. The tensile strength increases by 61. 3% and the elongation increases up to 3. 5 times of that without cryogenic treatment. The microhardness of the welded joint becomes higher and the defects in the welded joint such as microporosity and loose are nearly eliminated.
