目的：研究探讨联合应用不同根管充填糊剂治疗慢性根尖周炎的临床效果。方法随机抽取我院2011年4月～2013年4月收治的慢性根尖周炎患者160例（400颗患牙）为研究对象。并将其随机分成A、B、C、D组，每组患者40例100颗患牙。比较四组患者的临床治疗效果。结果治疗结果显示，在最初治疗的过程中D组患者的反应最重，A、B、C三组患者反应较轻，数据符合统计学差异（P<0.05）；在患者治疗半年、一年后的复查中发现，D组患者治疗的有效率显著高于其他三组患者，数据符合统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论依据患者的治疗情况可知，AHPlus糊剂和Vitapex糊剂以及牙胶炎对治疗慢性根尖周炎具有良好的效果。患者在治疗的过程中可以诱导根尖周阴影区骨质增生，促使根尖孔形成较为完善的封闭区域，使得根尖周炎的治疗效果快速达到，防止患者产生继发或者复发的情况。
목적：연구탐토연합응용불동근관충전호제치료만성근첨주염적림상효과。방법수궤추취아원2011년4월～2013년4월수치적만성근첨주염환자160례（400과환아）위연구대상。병장기수궤분성A、B、C、D조，매조환자40례100과환아。비교사조환자적림상치료효과。결과치료결과현시，재최초치료적과정중D조환자적반응최중，A、B、C삼조환자반응교경，수거부합통계학차이（P<0.05）；재환자치료반년、일년후적복사중발현，D조환자치료적유효솔현저고우기타삼조환자，수거부합통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론의거환자적치료정황가지，AHPlus호제화Vitapex호제이급아효염대치료만성근첨주염구유량호적효과。환자재치료적과정중가이유도근첨주음영구골질증생，촉사근첨공형성교위완선적봉폐구역，사득근첨주염적치료효과쾌속체도，방지환자산생계발혹자복발적정황。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of combined application of different root canal filling paste in the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods160 patients with chronic periapical rocks were randomly selected in our hospital patients(400 teeth)as the research object. The clinical curative effect of the four groups.Results In the initial process,the reaction of patients in the D group the most serious A,B,C, three groups of patients with lighter reaction,patients in the D group are significantly higher than the other three groups of patients with efficiency. Conclusion Ahplus paste and vitapex paste and gutta percha arthritis has a good effect on the treatment of chronic periapical periodontitis. Patients can induce periapical shadow area bone hyperplasia in the treatment process,forming a closed area perfect prompted the apical foramen,makes the apical periodontitis treated quickly achieve the desired effect,prevent the patient from producing secondary or recurrent cases.
