研究了高剂量辐照对水稻秸秆聚糖组分的影响,探讨了采用分批补料提高辐照预处理水稻秸秆酶解体系底物浓度以获得高浓度糖的可行性。结果表明:水稻秸秆经高剂量辐照后其聚糖含量下降,水溶性总糖由0.7%增至13.4%;采用分批补料的方法,能使酶解体系最终底物质量分数达到40%,在32.8 FPU/g(以纤维素质量计)的酶添加量条件下,可获得酶解葡萄糖质量浓度达104.6 g/L,纤维素酶解转化率可达到77.1%。

The effect of high dose irradiation on polysaccharides of rice straw was studied. The feasibility of the achievement of high-concentration sugar by the way of improving substrate concentration through fed-batch enzymatic hydrolysis process of irradiated rice straw, was then investigated. The result showed that the polysaccharides content of irradiated rice straw decreased and the water-soluble sugar increased from 0. 7% to 13. 4%. By the way of fed-batch enzymatic hydrolysis, the solid loading could reach 40% (mass fraction) in the enzymatic hydrolysis system. And 104. 6 g/L glucose concentration as well as 77. 1%cellulose conversion were obtained by this process under the condition of 32. 8 FUP/g ( calculated by cellulose ) cellulase loading.
