In terms of the problems of the pure polyester cut pile fabrics with poor comfort and easy to breed bacteria,the paper develops a new kind of coffee carbon cut pile knitted fabric with good anti-bacterial and heat preservation properties,by using coffee carbon yarn and moisture absorption and fast-dry polyester DTY inter-knit?ted. In addition, the thermal and moist comfort properties and anti-bacterial of the product are tested and com?pared. The results show that the coffee carbon cut pile knitted fabric has excellent anti-bacterial,heat preserva?tion properties,warmth retention,air permeability and moisture transfer properties,whose anti-bacterial rate and warmth retention rate can reach 62.63% and 58.69%. In addition, the CLO value is 0.49, air permeability is 1 154 L/(m2·s),and the wicking effect of which is much better than that of pure polyester fabrics.
