基于Porel R纤维基本性能介绍,利用Porel R纤维贴身微气候调节器功能,采用Porel R、精梳棉赛络紧密纺混纺纱与其他纤维交织,开发两款儿童贴身穿运动内衣秋冬面料。详细介绍产品原料选择、组织结构设计要点、编织工艺、设备参数、面料参数,以及前处理、染色、固色、定形等工艺。测试这两款面料的透湿速干、保温率等专项指标,结果表明,两款Porel R纤维面料的吸湿-散湿及克罗值指标等均优于同类棉织物,较好地解决了秋冬贴身穿纯棉内衣运动后的湿冷感问题。

Based on the introduction of the basic properties of Porel R fiber, the paper develops two new kinds of next-to-skin fall and winter used underwear fabrics for children by using Porel R fiber/combed cotton siro com-pact spun blended yarn and other fibers inter-knitted. It also introduces in detail the knitting technology including raw material’s specification, pattern design, equipment parameters and fabrics parameters, and the dyeing and fin-ishing technology which includes pre-treatment, dyeing fixation and size-setting and so on. In addition, the mois-ture permeability and fast-dry properties and the warmth retention ratio of these two fabrics are tested. The results show that both of the moisture absorption- release properties and the CLO value are better than that of cotton fab-rics, which can solve the problem of wet and chill feel of pure cotton underwear fabrics after sports activities.
