目的：探讨分析护理干预在静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死中的临床价值。方法：选择2013年1月-2014年7月笔者所在医院收治的62例急性脑梗死患者为研究对象，随机分为治疗组和对照组，两组患者均采用静脉溶栓治疗，对照组采用常规的护理干预，治疗组在此基础上给予综合护理干预。两组经护理干预1个月后，对干预前后患者的日常生活能力、神经功能缺损状况进行记录评分。结果：在干预后评分比较中，治疗组Barthel指数评分显著高于对照组，NIHSS指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗组总有效率为97.6%，显著高于对照组的80.0%(P<0.05)。结论：科学有效的综合护理干预，是确保溶栓治疗成功的重要保障。

목적：탐토분석호리간예재정맥용전치료급성뇌경사중적림상개치。방법：선택2013년1월-2014년7월필자소재의원수치적62례급성뇌경사환자위연구대상，수궤분위치료조화대조조，량조환자균채용정맥용전치료，대조조채용상규적호리간예，치료조재차기출상급여종합호리간예。량조경호리간예1개월후，대간예전후환자적일상생활능력、신경공능결손상황진행기록평분。결과：재간예후평분비교중，치료조Barthel지수평분현저고우대조조，NIHSS지수평분현저저우대조조(P<0.05)；치료조총유효솔위97.6%，현저고우대조조적80.0%(P<0.05)。결론：과학유효적종합호리간예，시학보용전치료성공적중요보장。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute cerebral infarction.Method:62 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2014 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both of the two groups were received intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The control group was given routine nursing,and the treatment group was given comprehensive nursing intervention based on the routine nursing.After the nursing intervention for one month,the the Barthel index score and the NIHSS scores before and after treatment were investigated and analyzed.Result:In the comparison after nursing intervention,the Barthel index score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the comparison after nursing intervention,the NIHSS scores of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than 80.0%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Scientific and effective comprehensive nursing intervention is key to ensuring the success of the thrombolysis treatment.
