目的：探析老年性阴道炎临床治疗中应用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗的临床效果。方法：将2013年1月至2014年12月在我院就诊的且符合老年性阴道炎临床诊断标准的96例老年性阴道炎患者纳入研究对象。回顾性分析后进行随机分组，分为治疗组与对照组各48例，给予对照组患者的常规甲硝唑治疗法治疗，治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上结合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，对比两组患者治疗前后的 PH 值、治疗后的临床症状以及治疗后的临床疗效。结果：予以两组患者不同的治疗法治疗后，治疗组的PH 值为（4．33±0．24），对照组的 PH 值为（5．53±0．52），对照组临床症状中有白带增多、白带异常、尿道刺激症的患者分别为5例、4例和 4例，治疗组中临床症状中有白带增多、白带异常、尿道刺激症等临床症状的患者分别有1例、2例和1例。对照组治疗的总有效率为（41．67％），治疗组的总有效率为（83．33％）。治疗组治疗后的 PH 值、临床效果、临床症状改善情况以及复发情况均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：在甲硝唑治疗老年性阴道炎的基础上结合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗，能够获得较好的治疗效果，减少复发，值得在临床中应用和推广。

목적：탐석노년성음도염림상치료중응용유산균음도효낭치료적림상효과。방법：장2013년1월지2014년12월재아원취진적차부합노년성음도염림상진단표준적96례노년성음도염환자납입연구대상。회고성분석후진행수궤분조，분위치료조여대조조각48례，급여대조조환자적상규갑초서치요법치료，치료조재대조조상규치료적기출상결합유산균음도효낭치료，대비량조환자치료전후적 PH 치、치료후적림상증상이급치료후적림상료효。결과：여이량조환자불동적치요법치료후，치료조적PH 치위（4．33±0．24），대조조적 PH 치위（5．53±0．52），대조조림상증상중유백대증다、백대이상、뇨도자격증적환자분별위5례、4례화 4례，치료조중림상증상중유백대증다、백대이상、뇨도자격증등림상증상적환자분별유1례、2례화1례。대조조치료적총유효솔위（41．67％），치료조적총유효솔위（83．33％）。치료조치료후적 PH 치、림상효과、림상증상개선정황이급복발정황균명현우우대조조，차이구유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론：재갑초서치료노년성음도염적기출상결합유산균음도효낭치료，능구획득교호적치료효과，감소복발，치득재림상중응용화추엄。
The clinical effect of treatment of application Lacidophilin Vaginal Capsules clinical treatment of senile vaginitis in. Methods:96cases of senile vaginitis patients from 2013 January to 2014 December will be in our hospital,and in accordance with the standard of clinical diagnosis of senile vaginitis into the research object.Retrospective analysis after randomization,divided into treatment group and control group with 48 cases in each group,the control group given routine treatment of patients with metronidazole therapy,treat-ment group with lactobacillus vagina capsule treatment in the control group based on routine treatment,the clinical curative effect of pH, before and after treatment were compared between two groups after treatment of clinical symptoms and after treatment.Results:To approach in the treatment of the two groups were not different after treatment group pH (4.33 +0.24)and the control group of the pH value of (5 .53 +0 .52 )and the control group in the clinical symptoms have increased leucorrhea,leucorrhea is abnormal,urethral stimulation of the patients were 5 cases,4 cases and 4 cases,treatment in the group of clinical symptoms in the clinical symptoms of leucorrhea,leu-corrhea is abnormal,urethral stimulation of the patients were 1 cases,2 cases and 1 cases.The control group the total effective rate of treat-ment was (41.67%),the total effective rate in treatment group was (83.33%).The clinical symptoms of the treatment group after treat-ment,the clinical effect of pH value,and the improvement of recurrence was significantly better than the control group,with significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of lactobacillus vagina capsule in the treatment of the foundation of metronidazole in the treatment of senile vaginitis,can achieve better treatment effect,reduce recurrence,worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
