测度城乡社会一体化水平是科学合理推进城乡社会一体化进程的基础。从具有明确内涵与清晰外延的城乡社会一体化概念出发，文章构建了包含27个基础指标的城乡社会一体化指数，采用两步全局主成分分析法对中国省域2006-2012年城乡社会一体化指数进行了分析。分析结果表明，中国省域城乡社会一体化水平呈现东部与东北水平较高，中、西部水平较低的状态；城乡社会一体化“中等水平集团省份”已经形成。2006-2012年，除少部分省份外，大部分省份城乡社会一体化排位基本稳定。据此，我们应做好三个相结合，提升我国省域城乡社会一体化水平。

To measure the statement of urban-rural social integration is the basement of enhancing the level of urban-rural social integration scientifically and reasonably. Based on the definite intension and clear extension of urban-rural social integration,this paper builds the index of urban-rural social integration,which constitutes 27 basic indicators. Dynamic principal component analysis is used here to calculate the indexes of urban-rural social integration from 2006 to 2012. The analysis results show that the Chinese provincial urban-rural social integration presents a higher level in the east and northeast,lower level of central and west. “Middle level group provinces” of urban-rural social integration has been formed. What’s more,2006-2012,except most provinces,there are a small number of provinces has been a significant change. Accordingly,we should do the three combine to enhance the provincial urban-rural social integration.
