目的：探讨低频超声联合手术治疗对食管癌患者生存的影响。方法80例食管癌患者随机分为2组，每组40例。研究组40例接受低频超声联合手术治疗，对照组40例仅进行手术治疗。结果研究组1、2、3 a生存率分别为80.3％、62.5％、40.9％，对照组分别为75.3％、55.1％、36.8％，2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组淋巴结肿瘤细胞存活率为21.5％，低于对照组的37.3％，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论低频超声联合手术治疗能够改善食管癌患者的生存状况，且不增加患者的术后并发症，值得在临床推广应用。
목적：탐토저빈초성연합수술치료대식관암환자생존적영향。방법80례식관암환자수궤분위2조，매조40례。연구조40례접수저빈초성연합수술치료，대조조40례부진행수술치료。결과연구조1、2、3 a생존솔분별위80.3％、62.5％、40.9％，대조조분별위75.3％、55.1％、36.8％，2조비교차이균유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。2조병발증발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＜0.05）。연구조림파결종류세포존활솔위21.5％，저우대조조적37.3％，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론저빈초성연합수술치료능구개선식관암환자적생존상황，차불증가환자적술후병발증，치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To study the effect of low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery on survival of pa-tients with esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty patients with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups. Forty patients of the study group were treated with low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery,40 patients of the con-trol group were treated with surgery. Results The 1-,2-,3-year survival rates of the study group were 80. 3%,62. 5%,40. 9% respectively;those of the control group were 75. 3%,55. 1%,36. 8% respectively(P<0. 05). There was no significant statistical difference in the complications between the two groups(P>0. 05). The lymph node tumor cell survival rate of the study group(21. 5%)was lower than that of the control group(37. 3%,P<0. 05). Conclusion Low-frequency ultrasound combined with surgery can improve the survival of patients with esophageal cancer,cann’t increase postoperative complications.
