针对联合动力装置实验台结构复杂、故障原因多样的特点,提出了一种以虚拟仪器为开发平台,结合先进智能诊断算法的远程状态监视与故障诊断系统。在分析虚拟仪器应用特点的基础上,详细阐述了系统远程状态监视、故障诊断以及故障信息管理的设计方案。该系统在提高机组安全运行,实现重大故障快速响应与处理的同时,大幅度降低维修费用,具有重要的应用价值。
針對聯閤動力裝置實驗檯結構複雜、故障原因多樣的特點,提齣瞭一種以虛擬儀器為開髮平檯,結閤先進智能診斷算法的遠程狀態鑑視與故障診斷繫統。在分析虛擬儀器應用特點的基礎上,詳細闡述瞭繫統遠程狀態鑑視、故障診斷以及故障信息管理的設計方案。該繫統在提高機組安全運行,實現重大故障快速響應與處理的同時,大幅度降低維脩費用,具有重要的應用價值。

According to the characteristics of the combined power experiment platform structure being complex, and the fault causes being various, a virtual instrument development platform was presented, combining the remote condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system with the advanced intelligent diagnosis algorithm. Based on the analysis of virtual instrument application characteristics, the design scheme for system remote state monitoring, fault diagnosis and fault information management were elaborated . At the same time of this system improving the safety operation of the unit to achieve major fault fast response and processing, the repair cost was greatly reduced, and having important application value.
