目的：探讨综合护理干预措施对肝硬化上消化道出血患者的应用效果。方法选择本院2013年3月至2014年1月收治的80例肝硬化上消化道出血患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表分为两组，其中，对照组40例患者采用常规护理，而观察组40例患者采用综合护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后，观察组患者的住院时间、再出血率以及止血时间等指标分别为（17．51±2．36）d、0、（32．01±5．74）h，均明显优于对照组患者，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；而且观察组患者的SDS评分和SAS评分均较对照组患者出现了明显改善，组间差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论采用综合护理干预措施对肝硬化上消化道出血具有十分显著的效果，不但能够有效缓解患者的抑郁焦虑情绪，保持患者心情轻松，而且还可以有效缩短患者住院时间，降低再出血率，大大提高了患者的生活质量，值得临床应用。
목적：탐토종합호리간예조시대간경화상소화도출혈환자적응용효과。방법선택본원2013년3월지2014년1월수치적80례간경화상소화도출혈환자작위연구대상，안조수궤수자표분위량조，기중，대조조40례환자채용상규호리，이관찰조40례환자채용종합호리간예，비교량조환자적호리효과。결과호리후，관찰조환자적주원시간、재출혈솔이급지혈시간등지표분별위（17．51±2．36）d、0、（32．01±5．74）h，균명현우우대조조환자，조간차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）；이차관찰조환자적SDS평분화SAS평분균교대조조환자출현료명현개선，조간차이구유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론채용종합호리간예조시대간경화상소화도출혈구유십분현저적효과，불단능구유효완해환자적억욱초필정서，보지환자심정경송，이차환가이유효축단환자주원시간，강저재출혈솔，대대제고료환자적생활질량，치득림상응용。
Objective To explore effect of integrated care interventions on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding of liver cir-rhosis.Methods From March 2013 to January 2014, 80 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding resulted from liver cirrhosis were selected as research objects.According to the random number table, patients were divided into two groups, 40 patients were treated with routine care in control group, and 40 patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention in observation group.Care outcomes were compared be-tween the two groups.Results After care, hospital stay of patients in observation group, rebleeding and bleeding time were ( 17.51 ± 2.36) d, 0, (32.01 ±5.74) h, which were significantly better than those of control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05) .SDS scores and SAS scores in observation group were significantly improved than those of control group, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups ( P<0.05) .Conclusions Integrated care interventions for cirrhosis upper gastro-intestinal bleeding has a very significant effect, which not only could effectively alleviate depression and anxiety in patients, keeping patients feel relaxed, but also could effectively reduce hospitalization time and reduce the rate of rebreeding, greatly improve the quality of life of pa-tients, is worthy of clinical application.
