目的：探讨重症肝炎伴有并发症先兆症状的患者采用预见性护理干预后的效果评价。方法将收治入院的60例重症肝炎伴有并发症先兆症状的患者随机分为对照组和干预组各30例。对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上对整个治疗过程中施行预见性的护理干预，比较两组患者护理后的并发症发生情况、情绪变化及护理满意度。结果两组患者进行护理干预后，干预组患者的并发症总发生率（13．33％）明显低于对照组（66．67％）；干预组焦虑评分（29．38±7．35）分和抑郁评分（31．47±7．87）分明显低于对照组的焦虑评分（51．36±12．84）分和抑郁评分（52．48±13．12）分，且护理满意度（96．67％）明显高于对照组护理满意度（63．33％），两组间差异比较具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论重症肝炎患者并发症护理中采用预见性的护理干预，能明显减少并发症的发生率、减轻患者不良情绪和提高护理满意度，使患者的生活质量得到改善，提高患者的生存率。
目的：探討重癥肝炎伴有併髮癥先兆癥狀的患者採用預見性護理榦預後的效果評價。方法將收治入院的60例重癥肝炎伴有併髮癥先兆癥狀的患者隨機分為對照組和榦預組各30例。對照組採用常規護理，榦預組在常規護理的基礎上對整箇治療過程中施行預見性的護理榦預，比較兩組患者護理後的併髮癥髮生情況、情緒變化及護理滿意度。結果兩組患者進行護理榦預後，榦預組患者的併髮癥總髮生率（13．33％）明顯低于對照組（66．67％）；榦預組焦慮評分（29．38±7．35）分和抑鬱評分（31．47±7．87）分明顯低于對照組的焦慮評分（51．36±12．84）分和抑鬱評分（52．48±13．12）分，且護理滿意度（96．67％）明顯高于對照組護理滿意度（63．33％），兩組間差異比較具有統計學意義（P＜0．05）。結論重癥肝炎患者併髮癥護理中採用預見性的護理榦預，能明顯減少併髮癥的髮生率、減輕患者不良情緒和提高護理滿意度，使患者的生活質量得到改善，提高患者的生存率。
목적：탐토중증간염반유병발증선조증상적환자채용예견성호리간예후적효과평개。방법장수치입원적60례중증간염반유병발증선조증상적환자수궤분위대조조화간예조각30례。대조조채용상규호리，간예조재상규호리적기출상대정개치료과정중시행예견성적호리간예，비교량조환자호리후적병발증발생정황、정서변화급호리만의도。결과량조환자진행호리간예후，간예조환자적병발증총발생솔（13．33％）명현저우대조조（66．67％）；간예조초필평분（29．38±7．35）분화억욱평분（31．47±7．87）분명현저우대조조적초필평분（51．36±12．84）분화억욱평분（52．48±13．12）분，차호리만의도（96．67％）명현고우대조조호리만의도（63．33％），량조간차이비교구유통계학의의（P＜0．05）。결론중증간염환자병발증호리중채용예견성적호리간예，능명현감소병발증적발생솔、감경환자불량정서화제고호리만의도，사환자적생활질량득도개선，제고환자적생존솔。
Objective To study the effect of the application of predictive nursing in patients with severe hepatitis complication after adopting predictive nursing intervention.Methods 60 cases of severe hepatitis patients with complications premonitory symptoms in the hos-pital were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group, 30 patients in each group.The patients in control group were given routine nursing care while patients in the intervention group were given predictive nursing intervention in the entire process of the treatment on the basis of routine care.The incidence of complication, nursing satisfaction and mood changes of the patients in two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention, the total incidence of complications of patients in the intervention group (13.33%) was significantly lower than that of control group (66.67%) .The score of anxiety (29.38 ±7.35) and depression score (31.47 ±7.87)%in the intervention group were significantly lower than those of control group〔the score of anxiety 51.36 ±12.84, depression score (52.48 ± 13.12)%〕 and nursing satisfaction in intervention group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (63.33%, P<0.05) .Conclusion Complications nursing care of patients with severe hepatitis by using predictive nursing intervention could signifi-cantly reduce the incidence of complications and bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction so that the quality of life of the patients could be improved effectively and the survival rate of patients is increased.
