[目的]探讨非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)患者小肠细菌过度生长(SIBO)的发生率及其临床意义。[方法]46例NAFLD患者根据肝功能情况分为肝功能正常组、肝功能异常组,通过葡萄糖氢呼气试验(GHBT )分别检测其SIBO情况,并与健康对照组进行组间比较分析。[结果]肝功能正常组、肝功能异常组与健康对照组的SIBO阳性率及试餐后呼气氢浓度比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。肝功能异常组与肝功能正常组的SIBO阳性率及试餐后呼气氢浓度比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]NAFLD患者常存在SIBO ,且肝功能异常的NAFLD患者其SIBO发生率更高,但其因果关系尚需阐明。

[목적]탐토비주정성지방성간병(NAFLD)환자소장세균과도생장(SIBO)적발생솔급기림상의의。[방법]46례NAFLD환자근거간공능정황분위간공능정상조、간공능이상조,통과포도당경호기시험(GHBT )분별검측기SIBO정황,병여건강대조조진행조간비교분석。[결과]간공능정상조、간공능이상조여건강대조조적SIBO양성솔급시찬후호기경농도비교균차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。간공능이상조여간공능정상조적SIBO양성솔급시찬후호기경농도비교차이역유통계학의의(P<0.05)。[결론]NAFLD환자상존재SIBO ,차간공능이상적NAFLD환자기SIBO발생솔경고,단기인과관계상수천명。
Objective]To investigate the incidence and the clinical significance of small intestinal bacte‐rial overgrowth(SIBO)in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).[Methods]According to the hepatic function ,46 cases with NAFLD were divided into two groups :normal hepatic function group and hepatic dysfunction group.Glucose hydrogen breath test was used to examine the SIBO profile ,con‐trolled by that from healthy volunteers.[Results]Statisitical differences in expiratory hydrogen concentra‐tions and the postitive rate of SIBO were shown between NAFLD patients and healthy volunteers (P<0.01) ,also between the normal hepatic function group and hepatic dysfunction group (P<0.05).[Conclu‐sion]NAFLD patients often accompanied by SIBO ,there is higher incidence of SIBO in NAFLD patients with hepatic dysfunction.The role in the pathogenesis needs to be clarified.
