目的：比较 CT 仿真内镜（CTVE）与气钡双重造影（双对比造影）对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法：89例经手术证实的胃肠道间质瘤患者先进行双对比造影检查，待造影剂排空后行 CTVE 检查，比较两种检查方法对胃肠道间质瘤的检出率、部位及肿瘤大小。结果：CTVE 检出胃肠间质瘤的阳性率高于双对比造影，尤其是胃、小肠及直肠间质瘤的检出；CTVE 对瘤体＜5 cm、瘤体5～10 cm 的检出率明显高于双对比造影检查。结论：CTVE 对早期间质瘤检出敏感性高，能够生动反应瘤体大小及黏膜皱襞改变情况，具有一定早期诊断价值。
목적：비교 CT 방진내경（CTVE）여기패쌍중조영（쌍대비조영）대위장도간질류적진단개치。방법：89례경수술증실적위장도간질류환자선진행쌍대비조영검사，대조영제배공후행 CTVE 검사，비교량충검사방법대위장도간질류적검출솔、부위급종류대소。결과：CTVE 검출위장간질류적양성솔고우쌍대비조영，우기시위、소장급직장간질류적검출；CTVE 대류체＜5 cm、류체5～10 cm 적검출솔명현고우쌍대비조영검사。결론：CTVE 대조기간질류검출민감성고，능구생동반응류체대소급점막추벽개변정황，구유일정조기진단개치。
Objective:To compare the values of CT virtual endoscopy (CTVE)and pneumo-barium double contrast in diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods:Pneumo-barium double con-trast was carried out in 89 cases with gastrointestinal stromal tumor confirmed by surgery,after draining off contrast agent,CTVE was conducted.The detection rates of the two methods to gastrointestinal stro-mal tumor were compared.Results:The detection rate of CTVE to gastrointestinal stromal tumor (es-pecially for tumor located in stomach,small intestine and rectum,and tumor whose size <5 cm or 5 ~10 cm)was higher than that of pneumo-barium double contrast.Conclusions:The detection rate of CTVE to gastrointestinal stromal tumor is high,and CTVE can lively show the tumor size and mucosal fold change,and help to early diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.
