将牛至油、吐温-80、无水乙醇、液体石蜡和水按照7.5:3:1:2.5:8的质量比制备的牛至油纳米乳为水包油型,在透射电镜下呈圆球形,无粘连,其平均粒径为16.4nm,多分散系数(PDI)为0.062。在光照试验、加速试验和长期试验中,牛至油纳米乳均保持澄清透明。该制剂制备工艺简单,有优良的稳定性。

The origano oil nanoemulsion that was prepared with oregano, Tween-80, ethanol and water (mass ratio 7.5:3:1:2.5:8) was oil-in-water. The TEM showed that drops of origano oil nanoemulsion were spheroidal and without adhesion to each other. The average droplet size was 16.4 nm with PDI at 0.062. The origano oil nanoemulsion was still clarity after lighttest, acceleration test and long-term test. The tests showed a fine stability of the origano oil nanoemulsion.
