目前,跨铁路桥梁采用转体法施工已成为首选。本文结合吉林市雾凇高架桥主桥20'墩处T构转体施工技术,为确保转体的顺利实施,介绍了转体前对纵向不平衡力矩、摩阻力矩、摩阻系数等参数进行测试方法,确定了转体平转姿态,对严寒地区类似工程提供一定借鉴经验。

At present, rotation construction has been the first choice of cross railway bridge. Based on the T-rotation construction technology of Jilin Wusong viaduct main bridge 20’pier and in order to ensure smooth rotation, the test methods of longitudinal unbalanced moment, frictional torque and coefficient of friction resistance are introduced. The flat turn pose of the rotator is determined, which can provide reference for similar construction in severe cold areas.
