Due to the rapid development of the city and the progress of science and technology, China's infrastructure is developing fast. Especially in some large engineering projects, more safe and efficient construction techniques are applied. Based on road and bridge construction, this paper introduces the new steel fiber concrete material during the construction of the project in detail, which not only improved the disadvantages of the previous related material, but also saved cost in operation. The application of steel fiber reinforced concrete in road and bridge construction is introduced in detail to highlight the advantages of this kind of new material.
