本文对发动机新型复合式单气环的结构和密封机理作了研究,并指出新型复合式活塞环解决了传统活塞环气环开口间隙漏气的问题,漏气量将大大降低。同时,新型活塞环改善了传统活塞环振颤的问题,能最大限度地降低由于共振给活塞环带来的伤害。除此以外,新型活塞环的控油和布油能力也大大增强,积碳问题也得到进一步地改善。

This paper studies the structure and sealing mechanism of the new-type composite single gaseous ring of engine and puts forward that the composite single gaseous ring with new pattern solves the air leakage of clearance-compression of the traditional piston ring and the air leakage will be greatly reduced. At the same time, the new piston ring improves the vibration of the traditional piston ring, and it can minimize the damage of the piston ring caused by the resonance. In addition, the ability of oil-control and oil-arrangement of the new piston ring has been greatly enhanced, the problem of deposition has also been further improved.
