目的:观察中草药五倍子、桔梗及桔梗五倍子提取液的抑菌作用。方法中药五倍子、桔梗采用0.9%生理盐水恒温金属浴中提取有效成分,制成冻干粉,按桔梗:五倍子2:1比例混合制成提取液并制成冻干粉。参照《全国临床检验操作规程》关于最低抑菌浓度( MIC)的检测方法,检测五倍子、桔梗及桔梗五倍子对大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌抑菌作用,同时与生理盐水(NS)和壬苯醇醚(NP-9)对照组进行对比研究。结果桔梗对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠埃希菌均无明显的抑菌作用,五倍子及桔梗五倍子混合液对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌作用,对大肠埃希菌无明显作用,使用浓度范围内NP-9无抑菌作用。结论中草药桔梗五倍子提取液具有体外抑菌效果,可作为体外抑菌的中草药制剂。

목적:관찰중초약오배자、길경급길경오배자제취액적억균작용。방법중약오배자、길경채용0.9%생리염수항온금속욕중제취유효성분,제성동간분,안길경:오배자2:1비례혼합제성제취액병제성동간분。삼조《전국림상검험조작규정》관우최저억균농도( MIC)적검측방법,검측오배자、길경급길경오배자대대장애희균、금황색포도구균적살균억균작용,동시여생리염수(NS)화임분순미(NP-9)대조조진행대비연구。결과길경대금황색포도구균급대장애희균균무명현적억균작용,오배자급길경오배자혼합액대금황색포도구균유명현적억균작용,대대장애희균무명현작용,사용농도범위내NP-9무억균작용。결론중초약길경오배자제취액구유체외억균효과,가작위체외억균적중초약제제。
Objective To study the antibacterial effects of Chinese gall, platycodon grandiflorum or the compound of both.Methods To extract effective components of Chinese gall and platycodon grandiflorum (0.9%saline thermostat metal bath ) .According to 2:1 proportion of platycodon grandiflorum:Chinese gall ,we made them into freeze-dried powder.Refering to the minimal inhibitory concentration( MIC) of Chinese gall, platycodon grandiflorum or the compound of both, we study the antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus , while were compared and analyzed with NS orNP-9.Results Platycodon grandiflorum showed no effect on the antibacterial effects tested. Chinese gall and the compound of both had the effects on the bacteriostatic action of staphylococcus aureus, while had no antibacterial effects of escherichia coli.Conclusion The compound of Chinese gall and Platycodon grandiflorum had the antibacterial effects, and can be used as in vitro antimicrobial agents.
