Dongfeng Cuokang Gel%Ursolic acid%TLC%HPLC
目的:建立东风痤康凝胶的质量控制研究。方法采用薄层色谱法( TLC)对处方中夏枯草、黄芩、黄连和羌活进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定处方中熊果酸的含量,色谱柱:Phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-2%磷酸二氢钠溶液(67:33,v/v);检测波长:210 nm;流速:1.0 mL?min-1;进样量:10μL。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,特征斑点对应性强,阴性对照物干扰;熊果酸进样量在0.6~4.8μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为100.37%( n=6),RSD=1.76。结论所建立的方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为东风痤康凝胶的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish the quality control method of Dongfeng Cuokang Gel.Methods The thin layer chromatography( TLC) was adopted to have a qualitative identification of Spica Prunellae, Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Coptidis, Rhizoma seu Radix Notopterygii in the formula.The high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC ) was used to determine the content of ursolic acid.Color column:Phenomenex Gemini C18(4.6 mm ×250 mm,5μm);mobile phase: methanol-2% sodium dihydrogen phosphate (67:33,v/v); wave length:210nm;flow rate:1.00 mL?min-1; sample size:10μL.Results In TLC identification , the colour spectrum dots were clear, the characteristic dots were correspondent strongly among each other, and the negative control was not interfered .The good linear relationship presented between the sample size ranged from 0.6 to 4.8μg and peak area for paeoniflorin,r=0.9998.Average recovery rate was 100.37%(n=6) and RSD was 1.76%.Conclusion The established method is sample and accurate in operation and good in repeatability,which can be used as the quality control standard of Dongfeng Cuokang Gel.
