合成固体超强酸催化剂 SO42-/TiO2-La2 O3,并用于合成癸二酸二正己酯。结果表明,500℃焙烧3h 所得催化剂活性最好;采用正交实验法对影响酯化反应的因素进行考察,最优工艺条件:n(酸)∶n(醇)=1∶3.0,催化剂用量1.3%(总物料),反应时间2.5h,最高酯化率为98.5%。且该催化剂具有良好的重复使用和再生能力。
閤成固體超彊痠催化劑 SO42-/TiO2-La2 O3,併用于閤成癸二痠二正己酯。結果錶明,500℃焙燒3h 所得催化劑活性最好;採用正交實驗法對影響酯化反應的因素進行攷察,最優工藝條件:n(痠)∶n(醇)=1∶3.0,催化劑用量1.3%(總物料),反應時間2.5h,最高酯化率為98.5%。且該催化劑具有良好的重複使用和再生能力。
합성고체초강산최화제 SO42-/TiO2-La2 O3,병용우합성계이산이정기지。결과표명,500℃배소3h 소득최화제활성최호;채용정교실험법대영향지화반응적인소진행고찰,최우공예조건:n(산)∶n(순)=1∶3.0,최화제용량1.3%(총물료),반응시간2.5h,최고지화솔위98.5%。차해최화제구유량호적중복사용화재생능력。
The test synthesizes solid super -acid catalyst SO4 2 -/TiO2 and uses it to synthesize sebacic acid 1 -hexanol.It is shown that the highest catalyst activity is exhibited under the conditions of calcinations at 500 ℃ for 3 hours.The influence factors of esterification reflection have been investigated by experiment.The best condition is that n (alcohol)∶n (acid)is 3.0∶1,and the reaction time is 2.5 hours,then the catalyst amount would be 1.3%(the total mass of reactants)and the highest esterification rate is about 98.5%.Also the catalyst has the capacity of being reused and regenerated.
