目的：实验研究和肾络颗粒药物乙醇提取工艺。方法采用正交设计，以大黄素和芍药苷为指标，考察乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间和提取次数等工艺因素的影响。结果影响因素从大到小依次为提取次数＞乙醇浓度＞提取时间＞乙醇用量；其中提取次数对指标成分提取率有显著影响（P＜0．05），其他三个因素影响不显著（P＞0．05）。结论最佳提取工艺条件是用浓度为60％的乙醇，提取2次，每次乙醇用量为药材重量的6倍，每次提取时间为40分钟。
목적：실험연구화신락과립약물을순제취공예。방법채용정교설계，이대황소화작약감위지표，고찰을순농도、을순용량、제취시간화제취차수등공예인소적영향。결과영향인소종대도소의차위제취차수＞을순농도＞제취시간＞을순용량；기중제취차수대지표성분제취솔유현저영향（P＜0．05），기타삼개인소영향불현저（P＞0．05）。결론최가제취공예조건시용농도위60％적을순，제취2차，매차을순용량위약재중량적6배，매차제취시간위40분종。
Objective To optimize the Paeonia ethanol extraction process of Heshenluo Keli.Method Using the orthogonal design, the content of Emodin and Paeoniflorn was determined by target to optimize the extraction process.The investigation factor were ethanol concentration ,alcohol volume, extra-ction time and extract times.Result Factors affecting the size of the order were extraction times>ethanol concentration>extraction time>ethanol consumption.Extract had a significant effect on the number of index components extraction rate (P<0.05), while the other three factors was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion The optimum extraction conditions is 60%ethanol, extracted two times, the amount of ethanol is six times the weight of herbs, extraction time is 40 minutes.
