鲜龙葵在古代多用于疮疖肿痛，跌打扭伤，小便不利。现代实验研究鲜龙葵还用于治疗急性肾炎、支气管炎、泌尿道感染、高血压及多种癌症等。使用新鲜中药治病是中医的重要特色之一，近年来，随着现代中医药技术和保鲜技术的飞速进步，鲜药在防治疾病中的应用越来越受到重视。对鲜药的研究多数在现代鲜药制剂的研究、鲜药传统保鲜技术及在现实中的应用、鲜药单品种药理、药效及干鲜对比研究等方面展开，而对鲜药的鉴别研究较少，尤其是鲜龙葵的鉴别未见有报道。本文首次对龙葵鲜用的历史和现状进行了归纳整理，并从鲜药性状、显微特征等方面进行了研究，为建立龙葵鲜药标准提供了依据，可作为龙葵药材质量标准的修订内容。

In ancient times, Fresh S.nigrum was used for boils bouton swelling, sprain and urination adverse.Modern experimental research shows that Fresh S.nigrum can be also used to treat cancers, acute nephritis, urinary tract infections, bronchitis and hypertension ect. Medical treatment with fresh herbal medicine is one of the important characteristics of Traditional Chinese medicine.In recent years, with the rapid development of Modern traditional Chinese medicine technology and preservation techniques, people pay more and more attention to the application of fresh herbal medicine in treatment.Fresh herbal medicine studies were focused on modern fresh medicinal preparation, prevention techniques and applications, pharmacology and efficacy of single species , comparative study between fresh and dried, while the identification research of fresh herbal medicine was less, especially fresh S.nigrum identification was not reported.In this paper, the history and current situation of using fresh S.nigrum were collated and analyzed from fresh medicine character and microscopic characteristics.This paper provides basis to establish the standard of fresh S.nigrum , which can be used as S.nigrum medicinal materials quality standard revision contents.
