目的：探究活血化瘀法在治疗冠心病方面的临床应用价值。方法将126例中医辨证为心血瘀阻型冠心病患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组63例，其中对照组实施西医常规治疗，观察组则在西医治疗的基础上联合活血化瘀中药内服治疗，一月后观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及血液C－反应蛋白及NO的变化情况。结果一月后，观察组临床有效率为95．2％，对照组临床有效率为87．3％，两者存在差异性；血检显示，观察组于对照组的C－反应蛋白及NO水平在治疗前无差异性，而经过1月的治疗，观察组与对照组在CRP及NO方面均出现明显差异性，且均具有统计学意义。结论活血化瘀法可有效的改善心血瘀阻型冠心病患者的临床症状，降低患者体内的炎性因子水平，改善患者的血流动力学状态，有利于改善患者的预后。
목적：탐구활혈화어법재치료관심병방면적림상응용개치。방법장126례중의변증위심혈어조형관심병환자수궤분위관찰조급대조조，매조63례，기중대조조실시서의상규치료，관찰조칙재서의치료적기출상연합활혈화어중약내복치료，일월후관찰량조환자적림상치료효과급혈액C－반응단백급NO적변화정황。결과일월후，관찰조림상유효솔위95．2％，대조조림상유효솔위87．3％，량자존재차이성；혈검현시，관찰조우대조조적C－반응단백급NO수평재치료전무차이성，이경과1월적치료，관찰조여대조조재CRP급NO방면균출현명현차이성，차균구유통계학의의。결론활혈화어법가유효적개선심혈어조형관심병환자적림상증상，강저환자체내적염성인자수평，개선환자적혈류동역학상태，유리우개선환자적예후。
Objective To explore the clinical application value of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in treating coronary heart disease.Methods 126 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group who were blood stasis blocking type in Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group were treated with western medicine,while the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of western medicine.After one month,we observed the clinical effect, the CRP and NO of all patients.Results After one month, the observation group clinical effective rate was 95.2%,but the control group in clinical effective rate was only 87.3%.The CRP and NO were no differences before treatment, but there was significant difference between two groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion Methods for activating blood circulation can effectively improve the blood stasis resistance type of clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),reduce the patient's level of inflammatory cytokines,improve the patient's hemodynamic status,and which is helpful to improve the prognosis of patients.
