目的：探讨护理措施对慢性盆腔炎疗效。方法94例慢性盆腔炎患者随机分成两组，治疗组47例给予中药保留灌肠护理等综合护理；对照组47例给予左氧氟沙星及甲硝唑静滴等常规护理。结果治疗组慢性盆腔炎治疗总有效率明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．01）。结论中药保留灌肠护理能促进慢性盆腔炎患者的康复。
목적：탐토호리조시대만성분강염료효。방법94례만성분강염환자수궤분성량조，치료조47례급여중약보류관장호리등종합호리；대조조47례급여좌양불사성급갑초서정적등상규호리。결과치료조만성분강염치료총유효솔명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．01）。결론중약보류관장호리능촉진만성분강염환자적강복。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing interventions for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 94 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into two groups.47 cases in the treatment group which were given Chinese medicine enema comprehensive nursing care;47 cases in the control group were given intravenous levofloxacin and metronidazole and other routine care.Resulut The total effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.01) .Conclusion Chinese medicine retain enema nursing can promote the rehabilitation of patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
