目的：研究牙本质肩领对前牙残根残冠金属桩核修复疗效的影响。方法：选取2009年1月1日至2010年12月31日于我科就诊的前牙残根残冠患者87例，共计87颗患牙，按照牙体预备后各轴壁牙本质肩领的完整程度分为A组（一个轴壁有完整的牙本质肩领）、B组（两个轴壁有完整的牙本质肩领）、C（三个轴壁有完整的牙本质肩领）、D（四个轴壁都有完整的牙本质肩领）。所有病例均经过完善的根管治疗，行金属桩核冠修复后，随访4年后，对各组的治疗成功率（桩核未脱落）进行统计分析。结果：A组成功率13．3％，B组成功率52．9％，C组成功率87．1％，D组成功率95．8％。A、B组与C、D组之间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），A组与B组之间的差异也具有统计学意义（P＜0．05），C组与D组之间的差异不具有统计学意义（P＞0．05）。结论：牙本质肩领的存在，对于前牙残根残冠桩核冠修复的远期效果，有重要作用。
목적：연구아본질견령대전아잔근잔관금속장핵수복료효적영향。방법：선취2009년1월1일지2010년12월31일우아과취진적전아잔근잔관환자87례，공계87과환아，안조아체예비후각축벽아본질견령적완정정도분위A조（일개축벽유완정적아본질견령）、B조（량개축벽유완정적아본질견령）、C（삼개축벽유완정적아본질견령）、D（사개축벽도유완정적아본질견령）。소유병례균경과완선적근관치료，행금속장핵관수복후，수방4년후，대각조적치료성공솔（장핵미탈락）진행통계분석。결과：A조성공솔13．3％，B조성공솔52．9％，C조성공솔87．1％，D조성공솔95．8％。A、B조여C、D조지간적차이구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），A조여B조지간적차이야구유통계학의의（P＜0．05），C조여D조지간적차이불구유통계학의의（P＞0．05）。결론：아본질견령적존재，대우전아잔근잔관장핵관수복적원기효과，유중요작용。
Obejective:To evaluate the effect of ferrule length on the survival of residual anterior teeth restored with casting post-core.Methods:Took 87 cases of out-patients from Jan 1 ,2009 to Dec 31 ,2010 in the dental department of Guizhou provincial people's hospital for example.A total of 87 anterior teeth were randomly divided into four groups:group A (only one axial wall with integratedferrule),group B (two axial walls withintegrat-ed ferrule),group C (three axial walls with integrated ferrule),group D (four axial walls with integrated ferrule).All teeth were restored with cast-ing post-core and ceramic crowns after root canal therapy.The success rate of prostheses was observed during 4 years and the data was analyzed.Re-sults:The success rates for group A,B,C,D were 13.3%,52.9%,87.1 %,and 95.8% respectively.Significant difference was found between group A and B with group C and D.Significant difference was also found betweengroup A with B.There was no significant difference between group C and D.Conclusion:The ferrule plays an important role on the survival of residual anterior teeth restored with casting post-core.
