为解决原宽叶片螺旋钻杆使用芯棒绕制螺旋叶片回弹大,螺距不匀称,同时手工电弧焊接螺旋叶片咬边严重,焊缝成形差,焊接生产效率低下,产品质量不稳,钻杆矿上无规律断裂频繁等现象。通过不断的试验探索,研究出了更合理的工艺方法,采用绕螺旋叶片工装及自动焊接专机焊接螺旋叶片,提高了产品的整体质量及加工效率,增强了产品的市场竞争力。
