电伴热系统的保温原理是利用当交变电流经伴热电缆通过伴热管壁时,在集肤效应和邻近效应的作用下,电流不是均匀沿着管壁流动,而是集中在伴热管内表层通过,在管壁电阻的作用下,通过电流发热,经传导使模板温度升高,保温层粘贴于伴热电缆外侧以减少热量的散失,降低整个系统的电能消耗,有利于减少整套系统的运行费用。
電伴熱繫統的保溫原理是利用噹交變電流經伴熱電纜通過伴熱管壁時,在集膚效應和鄰近效應的作用下,電流不是均勻沿著管壁流動,而是集中在伴熱管內錶層通過,在管壁電阻的作用下,通過電流髮熱,經傳導使模闆溫度升高,保溫層粘貼于伴熱電纜外側以減少熱量的散失,降低整箇繫統的電能消耗,有利于減少整套繫統的運行費用。
