目的:评价空腹血糖(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG)与糖化血红蛋白(Glycosylated hemog lobin al c,HbA1c)在糖尿病(Diabetes mellitus,D M)诊断和监控中的临床应用价值。方法:将130例糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,150例健康体检者作为对照组,通过葡萄糖氧化酶法测定 FPG,高效液相层析法测定 HbA1c,并对其结果进行比较。结果:糖尿病组 FPG 和 HbA1c 水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FPG与 HbA1c 两者关系密切,分别为糖尿病患者提供即时和长期的血糖信息,联合检测患者 FPG 和 HbA1c 对糖尿病的早期发现、诊断和监控有重要意义。

목적:평개공복혈당(Fasting plasma glucose,FPG)여당화혈홍단백(Glycosylated hemog lobin al c,HbA1c)재당뇨병(Diabetes mellitus,D M)진단화감공중적림상응용개치。방법:장130례당뇨병환자작위당뇨병조,150례건강체검자작위대조조,통과포도당양화매법측정 FPG,고효액상층석법측정 HbA1c,병대기결과진행비교。결과:당뇨병조 FPG 화 HbA1c 수평균명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:FPG여 HbA1c 량자관계밀절,분별위당뇨병환자제공즉시화장기적혈당신식,연합검측환자 FPG 화 HbA1c 대당뇨병적조기발현、진단화감공유중요의의。
Objective:Evaluate the clinical application value of fasting plasma glucose (FPG)and glycosylated hemoglobin a1 c (HbA1c)in the di-agnosis and monitoring of diabetes mellitus(DM). Methods:Taking 130 cases of patients with diabetes as diabetes group and 150 cases of healthy per-sons as control group. FPG was determined by glucose oxidase method,determination of HbA1c of high performance liquid chromatography,and com-pares its results.Results:FPG and HbA1c levels in diabetic group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions:Both FPG and HbA1c are closely related.They provide immediate and long-term plasma glucose for diabet-ic patients respectively.The combined detection of FPG and HbA1c in patients has an important significance in the early detection ,diagnosis and moni-toring of diabetes mellitus.
