目的：探讨人参蛤蚧汤合玉屏风散对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者肺功能影响的临床价值。方法将慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者120例以随机抽样法分为治疗组和对照组，两组均接受综合性常规治疗，而治疗组加用人参蛤蚧汤合玉屏风散，6个月后检测其肺功能，并与对照组进行比较。结果治疗组肺功能的改善优于对照组，急性发作的次数低于对照组。结论常规治疗加上人参蛤蚧汤合玉屏风散能改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的肺功能，提高其生活质量，减少急性发作的次数，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토인삼합개탕합옥병풍산대만성조새성폐질병은정기환자폐공능영향적림상개치。방법장만성조새성폐질병은정기환자120례이수궤추양법분위치료조화대조조，량조균접수종합성상규치료，이치료조가용인삼합개탕합옥병풍산，6개월후검측기폐공능，병여대조조진행비교。결과치료조폐공능적개선우우대조조，급성발작적차수저우대조조。결론상규치료가상인삼합개탕합옥병풍산능개선만성조새성폐질병은정기환자적폐공능，제고기생활질량，감소급성발작적차수，치득림상추엄。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Renshen Gejie Tang with Yupingfeng San as an adjunctive therapy for improving the lung function of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease( COPD ) patients in stable.Methods 120 patients with stable COPD were randomly assigned to either experiment group or control group.Both of the two groups received conventional therapy, whereas the experiment group received add-on Renshen Gejie Tang and Yupingfeng San.The lung function for the two groups were measured after treatment of 6 months. the data collected were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement of lung function was better while the frequency of acute attack was lower in the experiment group than that in control group.Conclusion Addition of Renshen Gejie Tang with Yupingfeng San to conventional therapy of western medicine resulted in improvement of lung function and life quality, and reduction in the frequency of acute attack for patients with stable COPD,thus the therapy is worthy of clinical recommendation.
