目的：探讨中医护理干预对特应性皮炎（血虚风燥型）的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月－2013年12月山东省高唐县中医院收治的特应性皮炎（血虚风燥型）患者100例，随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，两组患者均给予氯雷他定片口服加丁酸氢化可的松乳膏外涂，观察组给予中医护理措施，两组疗程均为8周。观察记录指标包括：症状评分、生活质量评分、不良反应及复发情况等，评价总有效率。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组，有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）；两组治疗后症状和生活质量评分均优于治疗前，具有显著性差异（P＜0．05），治疗后组间比较有显著性差异（P＜0．05），观察组明显优于对照组；观察组复发率及复发风险明显低于对照组，具有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。结论中医护理在特应性皮炎（血虚风燥型）治疗中可有效提高治疗效果，改善生活质量，降低复发风险。
목적：탐토중의호리간예대특응성피염（혈허풍조형）적림상효과。방법선취2012년1월－2013년12월산동성고당현중의원수치적특응성피염（혈허풍조형）환자100례，수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례，량조환자균급여록뢰타정편구복가정산경화가적송유고외도，관찰조급여중의호리조시，량조료정균위8주。관찰기록지표포괄：증상평분、생활질량평분、불량반응급복발정황등，평개총유효솔。결과관찰조적총유효솔고우대조조，유현저성차이（ P＜0．05）；량조치료후증상화생활질량평분균우우치료전，구유현저성차이（P＜0．05），치료후조간비교유현저성차이（P＜0．05），관찰조명현우우대조조；관찰조복발솔급복발풍험명현저우대조조，구유현저성차이（ P＜0．05）。결론중의호리재특응성피염（혈허풍조형）치료중가유효제고치료효과，개선생활질량，강저복발풍험。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of atopic dermatitis ( blood deficiency and wind dryness type ) treated by traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.Method We selected 100 cases of patients with atopic dermatitis ( blood deficiency and wind dryness type) of our hospital from January 2012-December 2013, which were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases respectively.The observation group were given traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention, while the two group were both given loratadine tablets with hydrocortisone butyrate cream.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Observation indexes included: symptom score, quality of life score, adverse reactions and relapse, evaluation of total effective rate.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).The symptoms and quality of life scores of two groups after treatment were better than that before treatment, with significant difference ( P<0.05) .There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P>0.05).The observation group was better than the control group.There was significant difference in the total effective rate of the two groups (P<0.05).The recurrence rate and recurrence risk of observation group lower than control group, with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect, enhance the quality of life, reduce the recurrence risk in atopic dermatitis ( blood deficiency and wind dryness) therapy.
