鉴于研究型大学的教师存在“重科研、轻教学”的现象,通过构建教学质量考评指标体系,可以加强对教师教学质量的科学考评和有效监管。借鉴国内外相关研究成果,在比较分析国内10所“985工程”大学现行教学质量考评指标体系基础上,运用德尔菲法构建了研究型大学本科教师课堂教学质量考评指标体系(分为:供学生评价使用、供专家评价使用)和教学成果考核指标体系;运用层次分析法对各级指标进行赋权,并借鉴个人潜能指数评价方法对每个二级指标设定5个评定等级,辅以文字描述,以方便评价,提高有效性。

Given the phenomenon that teachers pay more attention to research than to teaching in re-search universities,the construction of teaching quality evaluation index system may strengthen the scientific evaluation of teaching quality and,as a result,effective regulation.According to the related research results in China and other countries as well as the comparative analysis of ten“985”universi-ties on teaching quality evaluation,the teaching quality evaluation index system(for student and for experts respectively)and the teaching achievement evaluation index system are set up.In the con-struction process the Delphi method is used,and AHP method is applied to empower index levels.Ac-cording to PPI evaluation method,each secondary index is subdivided into 5 levels supplemented with text description,making the evaluation conveniently and effectively.This paper provides some help and reference for teachers’teaching quality evaluation and regulation.
