教师专业发展支持系统是促进教师专业发展的有效力量。基于复杂性理论的视角,教师专业发展支持系统的构建需要打破简单的线性逻辑思维,坚持历时性与共时性相结合、静态性与动态性相统一、系统性与操作性相衔接的原则,从时间、空间和过程三个维度整体研究和建设教师专业发展支持系统。时间之维突出教师专业发展的自为自觉;空间之维强调教师专业发展平衡态的建立;过程之维要求教师专业发展的方向动力系统、条件保障系统、机制运行系统和评价反馈系统形成正向合力,协同推进教师专业化积极健康发展。

A strong supporting system for teachers’professional development is the solid foundation for effective promotion of teachers’development.From the perspective of complex theory,construction of supporting system for teachers’professional development is needed to break the simple linear and ma-chinery logical thinking,and to adhere to the principles of diachronic and synchronic binding,static and dynamic unifying,system and operation converging.It is necessary to construct teachers’profes-sional development support system from the dimensions of time,space and content.The time dimen-sion emphasizes freedom and consciousness of teachers’professional development;the spatial dimen-sion focuses on the establishment of psychological balance for teachers’professional development;the content process dimension requires the positive forces formatting between direction power system, condition guarantee system,mechanism operation system and evaluation feedback system.A j oint function of the three helps to promote teachers’positive and healthy development.
