目的：采用小剂量泮托拉唑（10 mg）治疗老年慢性非萎缩性胃炎，通过与法莫替丁对比，观察治疗效果及其对幽门螺杆菌（H．pylori）相关胃黏膜损伤的保护作用。方法将107例老年慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组（55例）和对照组（52例），观察组给予泮托拉唑，对照组给予法莫替丁；1个疗程后对两组患者的疗效及胃黏膜保护作用进行综合评价。结果观察组腹痛和反酸缓解率显著高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；治疗前两组患者PGE2含量差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05），且糜烂区与非糜烂区PGE2含量比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）；治疗后两组患者PGE2含量均显著提高（P ＜0．05），其中观察组各部位PGE2含量显著高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。治疗后观察组胃黏膜炎症改善有效率显著高于对照组（P ＜0．05）。结论小剂量泮托拉唑能缓解老年慢性非萎缩性胃炎，提高胃黏膜PGE2的水平和改善胃黏膜组织炎症，疗效显著且安全性好。

목적：채용소제량반탁랍서（10 mg）치료노년만성비위축성위염，통과여법막체정대비，관찰치료효과급기대유문라간균（H．pylori）상관위점막손상적보호작용。방법장107례노년만성비위축성위염환자안조수궤수자표법분위관찰조（55례）화대조조（52례），관찰조급여반탁랍서，대조조급여법막체정；1개료정후대량조환자적료효급위점막보호작용진행종합평개。결과관찰조복통화반산완해솔현저고우대조조（P ＜0．05）；치료전량조환자PGE2함량차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05），차미란구여비미란구PGE2함량비교차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）；치료후량조환자PGE2함량균현저제고（P ＜0．05），기중관찰조각부위PGE2함량현저고우대조조（P ＜0．05）。치료후관찰조위점막염증개선유효솔현저고우대조조（P ＜0．05）。결론소제량반탁랍서능완해노년만성비위축성위염，제고위점막PGE2적수평화개선위점막조직염증，료효현저차안전성호。
Objective To compare the therapeutic and protective effect of gastric mucosal injury caused by Helico-bacter pylori (H.pylori) between famotidine and low dose of pantoprazole (10 mg) for elderly patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis .Methods One hundred and seven cases of elderly patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into the observation group (55 cases) and control (52 cases) group, treated with pantoprazole and fa-motidine , respectively .The efficacy and protective effect on gastric mucosa were investigated after a course of treatment . Results The remission rates of abdominal pain and acid reflux in the observation group were significant higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The difference of PGE2 levels between two groups was not statistical significance ( P>0 .05 ) , and the same result was also found between erosion area and non-erosion area ( P>0 .05 ) before treat-ment.The PGE2 level was significantly increased after treatment in two groups (P<0.05), and the level in the obser-vation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .The effective rate of inflammation im-provement of gastric mucosa in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Low dose of pantoprazole can relieve the symptom of elderly patients with chronic non-atrophic gastritis .It can increase PGE2 level and improve inflammation of gastric mucosa .The efficacy of pantoprazole is significant and safe.
