目的：对中医疏肝疗法的历史沿革及当代临床运用情况进行系统的梳理、总结。方法搜集近10年公开发表的中文临床与实验研究文献，对与疏肝为主要疗法涉及的病种进行归纳分析。结果发现所涉及病种已达七十余个，通过不断拓展创新，治疗取得新进展。结论在医学模式由生物模式转化为心理—生物—社会医学模式的当代，因郁致病、因病致郁，致虚致瘀的病种正逐步增多，疏肝疗法具有更广阔的临床运用前景。
목적：대중의소간요법적역사연혁급당대림상운용정황진행계통적소리、총결。방법수집근10년공개발표적중문림상여실험연구문헌，대여소간위주요요법섭급적병충진행귀납분석。결과발현소섭급병충이체칠십여개，통과불단탁전창신，치료취득신진전。결론재의학모식유생물모식전화위심리—생물—사회의학모식적당대，인욱치병、인병치욱，치허치어적병충정축보증다，소간요법구유경엄활적림상운용전경。
Objective Based on collecting the new information on scientific research and the latest acadamic trends of clinic, this article systematically analyzes and summarizes the history of soothing liver therapy and its contemporary clinic applications.In the analysis of nearly 70 Kinds of disease, we find that the soothing liver therapy has an extending treatment range, and that methods of the treatment is being improved and invented.In the modern society where medical mode has changed from biological mode to mental-biological-social medical mode, the number of disease caused by gloom, and making people become gloomy, weak and stasis is increasing, therefore, soothing liver therapy has a wide range of application.
