Dickkopf-1（ DKK-1）是一种分泌型糖蛋白，作为DKK家族重要的成员，已被证实在多种肿瘤的发生、发展中起复杂多变的作用，如在肝细胞癌、结肠癌、非小细胞肺癌（ NSCLC）、口腔癌和多发性骨髓瘤中DKK1均呈高表达，表现出促癌基因的作用；而在乳腺癌、恶性黑色素瘤中其表达减少，表现出抑癌基因的作用。目前，多数研究证实DKK-1在胰腺癌中的表达升高，而有关其在胰腺癌生长、侵袭中的作用机制研究较少，本文就DKK-1基因在人胰腺癌生长、侵袭中的研究进展作一概述。

Dickkopf-1 ( DKK-1) as secreted glycoprotein , is an important member of the family of DKK , and has been shown in a variety of complex roles in the development of tumors .Such as DKK-1 higher expression in hepatocellu-lar carcinoma, colon cancer, non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), oral cancer and multiple myeloma, showed the role of tumor promoting gene .But its expression in breast cancer , malignant melanoma showed the role of tumor suppressor gene.At present, most studies confirm DKK-1 higher expression in pancreatic cancer , but its role mechanism study in the growth and invasion of pancreatic cancer is rarely .This paper summarized the research advance of DKK-1 in the growth and invasion of pancreatic cancer .
