原有数控机床车削淬火的圆柱滚子轴承挡边时采用三爪夹盘夹持工件,使工件的尺寸及平行差难以达到工艺要求。针对以上问题,选择弹簧夹具代替三爪夹盘夹持工件,并对夹具与机床连接部分重新进行了改进设计,提高了夹具的定位精度、工件的尺寸精度及形状和位置精度。
原有數控機床車削淬火的圓柱滾子軸承擋邊時採用三爪夾盤夾持工件,使工件的呎吋及平行差難以達到工藝要求。針對以上問題,選擇彈簧夾具代替三爪夾盤夾持工件,併對夾具與機床連接部分重新進行瞭改進設計,提高瞭夾具的定位精度、工件的呎吋精度及形狀和位置精度。

Because the quenched cylindrical roller bearing outer ring ribs was turning by three-jaw chuck clamping the part on the former CNC machine, the dimension and parallel error of the part is dififcult to meet the requirement. Aiming at the above problems, the spring clamp is instead of three-jaw chuck, and the connection of clamp and machine is improved, so as to improve the positioning accuracy of the clamp, dimension accuracy of the part and the shape and position accuracy.
