现今社会企业员工在知识更丰富、技能更专业和思维更开阔的同时,自主意识也在不断增强,他们期望在更加开放、灵活和更加人性的环境里完成本职工作,或参与企业经营,而不被过多地监督或控制。这样的形势下,企业不应该继续单纯依靠制度规范与行政手段来管理员工,而是应该促进员工自我管理,并且此思路越来越受到广泛的关注。本文在研究相关文献的基础上选取自我管理结构维度指标,运用结构方程建模方法建立员工自我管理结构维度模型;然后将某企业作为所建模型的实证研究对象,得出自我管理各结构维度的影响因素及其路径系数;再依据所得结论探讨员工自我管理的形成机制,提出引导员工建立自我管理机制的对策与建议,使得企业能高度重视员工自我管理,实现企业发展与员工发展良性互动。

Nowadays, the employees of enterprise have richer knowledge, more professional skill and more open mind. They also have stronger independent consciousness. They hope to do their work or participate in enterprise management in a more open, flexible and humanized environment rather than being supervised or controlled too much. In this situation, the enterprise should not manage the employee only by regulation and administrative means, but should promote employee self-management. This idea is becoming more and more popular. Based on the study of related literature, this article selects the structure dimension index of self-management and builds the employee self-management structure dimension model with structural equation modeling method. Then taking an enterprise as the empirical research model, the influencing factors of each structure dimension of employee self-management and the path coefficient. And then according to the result, the formation mechanism of employee self-management is discussed and countermeasures to guide employee to build self-management mechanism are proposed to help enterprises value employee management and realize benign interaction of enterprise development and employee development.
