土地作为稀缺资源对城市经济增长的影响越来越受到人们关注。研究中将土地看作与资本、劳动同等的生产要素，基于湖南省13个市州2001~2012年的面板数据，研究了土地要素对湖南省各市州城市经济增长的影响。结果表明，土地要素投入与城市经济增长之间存在协整关系。根据扩展的Cobb-Douglas生产函数估计结果表明，土地要素的产出弹性为0.4036，其对湖南省城市经济增长的平均贡献率为16.93%，且地区间存在较大差异。另外，研究表明资本依然是推动湖南城市经济增长的主要动力，而劳动力的贡献较低，反映技术进步等因素的全要素的贡献仅次于资本的贡献。针对相关结论提出政策建议。

Land is a kind of scarce resource,the influence of which on economic growth has attracted more and more attention. In this paper,land is seen as a kind of factor of production,just like capital and labor. The paper researched the impact of land on urban economy,based panel data of 13 cities in Hunan Province from 2001 to 2012. The result showed that there is a co-integration relationship between land factor and urban economic growth. The estimation results from extended Cobb-Douglas production function suggested that the output elasticity of land factor is 0.4036, its average contribution rate to the urban economic growth in Hunan Province is 16.93%, and there are big differences among regions. In addition,the study revealed that capital is still the first driving force for economic growth in Hunan Province,while the contribution of labor to economic growth is in the low level,and the driving force from TFP to economy is second only to capital. Corresponding policy recommendations are put forward for the relevant conclusions.
