目的:研究 NF2/ Merlin 在原发性肝癌中的表达及临床意义。方法免疫组织化学法测定94例肝细胞癌(HCC)和37例肝内胆管细胞癌(ICC)的 Merlin 表达,并对癌组织中的表达与其临床病理的关系进行分析。结果Merlin 蛋白在癌组织中的表达高于癌旁组织。HCC 中 Merlin 蛋白高表达率为20.2%,ICC 中 Merlin 蛋白高表达率为45.9%。在 HCC 中,Merlin 蛋白的表达高低与肿瘤的分期、HBV 感染和肿瘤细胞的分化程度均无关,但在 ICC 中 Merlin蛋白的表达高低与肿瘤细胞的分化程度相关。结论 NF2基因的表达可能与原发性肝癌的发生相关。

목적:연구 NF2/ Merlin 재원발성간암중적표체급림상의의。방법면역조직화학법측정94례간세포암(HCC)화37례간내담관세포암(ICC)적 Merlin 표체,병대암조직중적표체여기림상병리적관계진행분석。결과Merlin 단백재암조직중적표체고우암방조직。HCC 중 Merlin 단백고표체솔위20.2%,ICC 중 Merlin 단백고표체솔위45.9%。재 HCC 중,Merlin 단백적표체고저여종류적분기、HBV 감염화종류세포적분화정도균무관,단재 ICC 중 Merlin단백적표체고저여종류세포적분화정도상관。결론 NF2기인적표체가능여원발성간암적발생상관。
Objective To determine the expression of NF2 gene and its clinical significance in primary liver cancer(PLC). Methods The expression of NF2 gene in 94 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and 37 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocellular carcinoma(ICC)had been detected by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression of NF2 gene and clinico - pathological characteristics had been analyzed. Results The rates of high expression were 20. 2% and 45. 9% in HCC and ICC respectively. The expression of Merlin in tumor tissue was higher than that of adjacent non - tumor tissue. There was no correlation between the expression of NF2 gene and clinico - pathological characteristics in HCC,but there was correlation between the expression of NF2 gene and differentiation of tumor cells in ICC. Conclusion The expression of NF2 gene may associate with the development and progress of PLC.
