目的：分析慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者临床症状与精神状态的关系。方法对胃镜确诊慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者264例，采用抑郁 PHQ -9量表、焦虑自评量表 SAS 及临床症状问卷进行调查分析。结果264例完成调查的研究对象中，抑郁的检出率为51.9%，焦虑的检出率为19.7%。抑郁较焦虑更明显（ P <0.001）。恶心、腹胀、腹泻与 PHQ-9得分相关性评价，r 值大于0.2，P 值<0.001。结论慢性非萎缩性胃炎患者抑郁比焦虑明显。恶心、腹胀、腹泻与PHQ -9得分正相关更明显一些。
목적：분석만성비위축성위염환자림상증상여정신상태적관계。방법대위경학진만성비위축성위염환자264례，채용억욱 PHQ -9량표、초필자평량표 SAS 급림상증상문권진행조사분석。결과264례완성조사적연구대상중，억욱적검출솔위51.9%，초필적검출솔위19.7%。억욱교초필경명현（ P <0.001）。악심、복창、복사여 PHQ-9득분상관성평개，r 치대우0.2，P 치<0.001。결론만성비위축성위염환자억욱비초필명현。악심、복창、복사여PHQ -9득분정상관경명현일사。
Objective To analyze the relationship between clinical symptoms and mental state in patients with chronic non - atrophic gas-tritis. Methods Two hundred and sixty - four patients with endoscopically confirmed diagnosis of chronic non - atrophic gastritis were selected. The Patient Health Questionnaire - 9(PHQ - 9),Self - rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and clinical symptoms questionnaire were used for the inves-tigation and analysis. Results All 264 study subjects completed the survey,the rate of depression was 51. 9 percent,rate of anxiety was 19. 7% ;and the depression rate was higher than anxiety rate( P < 0. 001). Nausea,bloating,and diarrhea were positively correlated with PHQ - 9 score ( r > 0. 2,P < 0. 001). Conclusion Depression is more obvious than anxiety and nausea,bloating and diarrhea are positively correlated with PHQ - 9 score in patients with chronic non - atrophic gastritis.
